There is a large accessible entrance into the venue.

The staff were great – helpful and very friendly, the manager Yiannis took the time out of his day to show us around.

There is a disabled toilet located in the middle of the venue.

The toilet is accessible for wheelchair users and large enough to turn around in safely and there is enough space for a PA or family member to assist a wheelchair user.

The toilet has handrails for both transfer sides.

The sink hand dryer and toilet paper dispenser are accessible for wheelchair users.

The toilet doesn’t require a RADAR key.

The toilet has automatic lighting.

There is no disabled parking outside the restaurant. However, there is disabled parking available at Longsmith Street pay and display parking. This is a very short walk to the restaurant.

There is a cobbled path leading up to the entrance.

There are large double doors leading into the building that are wheelchair accessible.

The manager Kieron took the time out of his day to show us around, he was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed a lovely cup of tea and coffee whilst we chatted.

There are disabled toilets. These are located on the ground floor to the right of the entrance. These toilets, though large enough, are currently not ideal for wheelchair users, due to not having handrails to safely transfer and a door that won’t close properly. Kieron said he is going to look into these issues and we will hopefully revisit  soon to reassess the situation. The basin and soap dispenser are adequate. However, the hand dryer is too high. There is enough room within the toilet for a PA or family member to assist a wheelchair user. The toilets are nice and clean and safe to use.

The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, there is plenty of room and plenty of tables within the restaurant. They have special chalk board menus located in each room, so you don’t have to look far for a specials board.

At present they don’t offer a larger or braille menu for the visually impaired or a hearing loop for the deaf. This is something that Kieron is looking into.

They serve food from 12pm to 10pm 7 days a week.

They have a live band on a Wednesday at 9pm and a Friday at 11pm.
